Jess and Tony were awesome to work with. We lived in Georgia while building here. They were very good about keeping us updated on the progress. Made the home buying process enjoyable.

Moving from one state to another can be very stressful as it is, but trying to find a home when you are out of state can feel even more stressful. We found Jessica and Tony on YouTube when looking thru videos about Fairhope. We immediately loved their personalities and scheduled to meet with them on one of their visits. We viewed a home with them and went over all of our likes and dislikes, our must haves in a home and why we were looking for a newer or new build. We were nervous about entering any contracts with builders being that we were still out of state and most of the new homes were two builders that have an awful reputation. We knew that we needed "boots on the ground" to watch the build process especially if we were going with a new construction. By our second visit to the area they found a brand new community that was being built in Daphne and by another builder with a better reputation. An added bonus...it hit all of our must have check boxes. We signed a contract before we left. Once construction started we got weekly video updates of the progress and they have been our advocates through out the whole process. We are now 12 days in our new home and we couldn't be any happier. We highly recommend Jessica and Tony especially if you have any concerns about building from out of state.
