I found Tony and Jess by seeing their YouTube videos. If you haven’t seen the videos, check them out. Full of great info. But when I saw the videos, as I was taking down notes of the insider tips they offer (they know the Alabama gulf coast area really well), I also noticed they seemed like fun, down to earth people. What a pleasant thing to see that they are totally authentic and exactly like that in person. So easy to be around. As I went through my process with them to find a house, I learned a lot. They were great advisors throughout the entire buying experience. And they were patient and supportive when the buying process got more complicated and we faced some challenges. They kept a very cool head, had great ideas, and not only know what to do when there are issues - but at times they also gently became my psychologist as well when I was feeling the stress…lol. When things get difficult you want Tony and Jess in your corner. I felt that they had my back at every step of the way. Also while they had many other clients while they were working with me, I never felt like they were too busy to attend to my needs. I don’t know how they do that, but they do. If you want a buying experience with realtors who have expert advice and also are also fun to work with, this is who you want to choose. I can’t say enough good things about them.
